Visitor responsibility
Visitors must download only content they own, have permission to use, or may legally save. A publicly accessible video is not automatically free of copyright, license conditions, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions.
Y2Mate does not host a public media catalog
Y2Mate processes a link only when a visitor submits it and does not maintain a searchable public library of copied YouTube videos. Temporary download information and links expire automatically.
Submitting a notice
Send copyright or removal notices to contact@y2mate.sx. A complete notice should include:
- Your full name, organization if applicable, and reliable contact details.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material.
- The exact source URL and any Y2Mate page relevant to the report.
- An explanation of why the use is unauthorized or otherwise actionable.
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature where required.
Review process
We may request missing information, verify the notice, restrict abusive requests, preserve records needed for review, and take reasonable technical or policy action. Because Y2Mate does not control YouTube, a notice seeking removal from YouTube should also be directed to YouTube through its own reporting process.
Misrepresentation
Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, or bad-faith notices. The sender is responsible for the accuracy of a notice and for consequences that may follow from a material misrepresentation.
